Livingston Edge is operated by Jamal Livingston in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Livingston Edge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Software service
Livingston Edge provides trading analytics, automation support, performance reporting, risk monitoring, and related software tools. It is not a broker, bank, exchange, fiduciary, or investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment advice.
Trading risk
Trading can result in substantial losses, including loss of all deposited funds. Software output, alerts, statistics, coaching, and automation may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, broker settings, account supervision, and risk controls. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. The price, billing interval, trial terms, and renewal terms will be displayed before payment information is submitted. Taxes may apply. You authorize the applicable recurring charges when you complete checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing controls provided with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges already incurred are non-refundable. If a billing error occurs, contact [email protected].
License and devices
An active subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Livingston Edge for your own lawful purposes. A subscription may activate up to five devices unless the selected plan states otherwise. You may not resell, sublicense, share credentials, bypass licensing controls, reverse engineer, or use the service to violate law or another party’s rights.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet services, MetaTrader, brokers, Stripe, Cloudflare, or other third parties may affect availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livingston Edge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, trading results, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamal Livingston will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not waived. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
